| ➤ Every finished work will be published with watermarks after all processes and purchase are done. If the client doesn't want their work to be published, or to be published before they do first. Please inform the artist while the process is going on. | ➤After receiving the commission details via Email or direct message (plus asking about some information if needed) The artist will take a while to sketch and send it back to the client for confirmation |
| ➤Please inform the artist beforehand if the work is for commercial uses (E-book or novel cover, character/costume/object design for entertainment live stream or video etc.) | ➤The payment has to be done in at least 3 days after confirming sketch via Buy Me A Coffee or PayPal (Payment plan accepted, negotiation needed) |
| ➤To know more about the character that the artist has to work on, please provide the basic character’s details such as their references, the clothes, hair and eyes color, the posture (a simple sketch is much appreciated) etc. And the artist is willing to read the backstoryof the character if provided. A whole Google Document about the commission's references would be most helpful. | ➤The client can request changes while the working process twice. Other than that, any adjustments will add cost to the total price. |
| ➤Without giving exact time, the deadline is uncertain. But feel free to ask the artist for the precess anytime in direct message or discord server.
